Shipping Policy
Our plants come with a happy and healthy guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first five days of receiving your order, give us a call. However, please note that neglect or plant damage on orders outside your growing zone are not included in this guarantee.
Otherwise, any issues with your order are covered within the first 30 days. Contact us, and we will review your concerns and provide a one-time replacement if necessary. The cost of replacement shipping is covered by the customer. Keep in mind that we may ask for photos to assist in saving a plant or tree that may be stressed due to transit or may be in dormancy.
